Hello,

Suppose that there are two controller nodes creating an OpenSAF cluster and
these are the only nodes in the cluster with 2N redundancy model.
I had an experiment that the active node is not available for 2.2 seconds
and after it was back it continued the service without the other node
considering it as failure.

Isn't the TIPC timeout less 2 seconds to consider the other node as failed?
If this is so, why there was no fail-over?

My thought is there is a time-out for the CLM as well so the node is
available again before the CLM time-out is passed.

Would you please share your thoughts with me?

Regards,
Ali
