SA_IMM_ATTR_NO_DUPLICATGES can be upgraded in to an attrtibute defintion for a
multivalued attribute in a class.
But a runtime check is done by the IMM over the class extent that no instance
has duplicates in that attribute.
If any instance has duplicates, the IMM does not try to correct it, instead the
upgrade is rejected.

It is possible to add a node to a node group several times. This could give
interesting effects during a rolling upgrade using a node group.

The IMM feature SA_IMM_ATTR_NO_DUPLICATES could be used to fix this. Not sure
how though, it is a class definition change.

The alternative is to add some logic in the AMF OI.
