The immutils API should be extended to provide alternative SaStringT based
APIs for all IMM APIS where SaNameT is used.
This is related to the delivery of enhancement #866:
#886 IMM: Add support for long DNs in existing IMM APIs.
The support for long DNs over the existing APIs requires the API user to
understand and use the SaNameT tunneling API provided by ticket #191.
By providing an immutils variant of the API that uses SaStringT instead of
SaNameT, the user can be shielded from the tunneling part.
