In immnd_evt_proc_ccb_obj_delete_rsp, "err" is uninitialized, and by default it
has a random error code.
If immModel_ccbWaitForDeleteImplAck fails, it may happen that "err" value is
not overwritten, and the function returns the same random error code.
In the false branch of the first IF statement of
ImmModel::ccbWaitForDeleteImplAck, an appropriate error code must be assigned
to "*err" parameter.
