The reason of this issue is the group id and group name between ACTIVE node and
STANDBY node is not compatible. In above step (step 1, 2), test_data_group_1
have group id 1001 in ACTIVE SC. but in STANBY SC, group id of name
"test_data_group_1" is 1002, while 1001 is id of "test_data_group_2". I think
we should limit in document that setting of groupname and group id have to be
the same.

*Steps to reproduce*
1. Create test_data_group_1 on active SC
2. Create test_data_group_2 then test_data_group_1 on standby SC
3. Add user who owned the osaflogd process to test_data_group_1 on both SC
4. Configure log data group to test_data_group_1 by immcfg command
5. Reboot the active SC
6. On standby SC, list the log files with group name and it results like below.
Result: The group ownership of notifcation log stream is test_data_group_2
instead test_data_group_1 after failover.
Note:
* The saflog directory is in the shared file system.
* opensafd is started as root
