This ticket was originally written for updating the information about
`saLogStreamFixedLogRecordSize` attribute.
We have to state something like "`saLogStreamFixedLogRecordSize` attribute
value of log streams can be set to zero (flexilble log record) or an specific
number, but must not be larger than `logMaxLogrecsize` attribute value which
belongs to OpenSafLogConfig class."
Should we put above info toghether with updating info regarding:
1) log: implement SaLogFilterSetCallbackT [#2146]
2) log: add alternative destinations of log records [#2258]

The attribute `saLogStreamFixedLogRecordSize` value of log streams can be set
to zero (flexilble log record) or an specific number, but must not be larger
than `logMaxLogrecsize` attribute value which belongs to `OpenSafLogConfig`
class.
`saLogStreamFixedLogRecordSize` value is limited by `logMaxLogrecsize`. This
info should be described in PR documentation.
Also update the PR due to tickets:
