Allow PLM to build under Fedora 27. Currently the systemd lib has a different
name, so plmcd doesn't link. This may affect other distros, too.
CCLD bin/plmcd
CXXLD lib/libosaf_common.la
CXXLD lib/libimmpbe_dump.la
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lsystemd-daemon
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [Makefile:11016: bin/plmcd] Error 1
