"opensaf/src/dtm/transport/log_server.h" file states that method
ValidateLogName will check that the string, when used as a file name, does not
traverse the directory structure and file names starting with a dot are also
disallowed, since they would result in hidden files.
Hyphen character "-" satisfies the above conditions but it is not supported in
current version.
