When changing the attribute of stream that need to create new one log file, the
total of log file may bigger than the value of "saLogStreamMaxFilesRotated".
e.g. Do following command serveral times, there is no rotation if the total log
file > "saLogStreamMaxFilesRotated":
immcfg safLgStrCfg=saLogSystem,safApp=safLogService -a
saLogStreamFixedLogRecordSize=200
