Reproduce
1. Keep 2 SCs is up.
2. Import class with 2 attributes with notify flag.
3. Running immcfg in explicit commit mode as follow

> immcfg -a notify_1=1 testFlag=1
//amf-adm si-swap safSi=SC-2N,safApp=OpenSAF
> immcfg -a notify_2=2 testFlag=1
osafntfimcnd coredump happens on standby SC.
