Please mention which version of OpenSAF is being used.
In OpenSAF versions 4.3 and 4.2,  fault of compX will not lead to 
restart of other components in the SU despite saAmfSUFailover=1 and 
saAmfCtDefRecoveryOnError=1.
In these versions saAmfSUFailover is ignored and only the failed 
component will be cleaned up. Remaining components will get quiesced 
callbacks. The removal of assignment will be done.
SU attribute saAmfSUFailover is supported (ticket #98) from 4.4 release. 
At present RC1 candidate of 4.4 is available for download.
