Hi Neel, This is 4.3.1 + the 528 patch. The steps to reproduce are
1. Bring the system up to stable 2. Remove two payload cards 3. Replace the two payload cards (almost immediately after removing them) Note that the logs from the controller and payload were in the separate attachment.
