our code for etken 64k is very new, and not in any released version
of opensc so far, only in the snapshots / development tree.
so there is also no scb release so far with that support.
the version 0.4 you tried can't work with etoken 64.
but the engine and openssl should work fine with other vendors,
if that vendors implementation of pkcs#11 is ok. however that has
been nearly not tested.
a good way to find out what is going on is
a) pkcs11-tool. if it finds some problem, the rest might not work at all.
b) use the "pkcs11-spy.dll" as wrapper. see
http://www.opensc-project.org/opensc/wiki/UsingOpensc
you need to set which backend to use and where to put the log file.
that log will have any api call to the pkcs#11 module you are using
and results. often we can find problems that way.
