I acquired a starcos card today, and I appear to have blocked its pin
(only 2 pin tries were available)
I have some questions
1) is it possible to adjust the number of pin tries?
2) does this card support unblocking? it responds to unblock requests with
AUTHENTICATION METHOD BLOCKED (0x6983):

3) Unrelated to the pin issue (i.e. This all happened before I blocked
CHV1). I'm having openct or linux usb issues, which caused the
pkcs15-init -C process to not complete. the MF and pkcs15 AppDF exist,
but the pkcs15 EF's are not initialized. I attempted to use pkcs15-init
-E, but the 0xE4 command failed with INS NOT SUPPORTED (0x6D00) Is there
another way to do the erase? is this a lifecycle issue?
