I tried today's opensc snapshot with debug patch from Andreas, and this
particular issue seems fixed. Setting 'lock_login = false' now works on
*single* access, i.e. I can run "echo Hello | pkcs11-tool -s --pin 1234"
with lock on and off. These are the debug(4) logs:

Said so, concurrent accesses still don't work as expected. New logs for
"open thunderbird -> read encrypted msg -> run pkcs11-tool -I -> try to
