After reading your OpenCT patch, it looks like the RuToken is a ICCD version A [1] token. Maybe it would be a good idea to add a generic ICCD driver and not make it the RuToken specific. Note: inclusion of ICCD version A and B in my CCID driver [2] for pcsc-lite is ongoing.
