It is not my magic... It had always been this way...
I've just changed it to be visible and configurable.

I do:
./configure --enable-man --with-xsl-stylesheets=<whatever>

Or:
./configure --with-xsl-stylesheets=<whatever>
make dist

Please notice that you always had to have xsl-stylesheets if you did
"make dist", their path was hardcoded...
