If you need a super secure OpenID provider, check out

StartSSL provides up to the highest PAPE levels (see
http://openid.net/specs/openid-provider-authentication-policy-extension-1_0-01.html#anchor13
) when using a smart card...and this is what we are here for ;-) That
would correspond to Physical Multi-Factor and NIST level 4. Otherwise
it's Multi-Factor and NIST level 3 but nothing less than that.
