I have no idea, what is preloaded on this card and how can I upload
AuthentIC applet there and the term "AuthentIC" is not search engine
friendly.

But it is still a good information, that SIM cards are compatible with
smart card readers, pcsc-lite can handle them, and even an application
exists.
