It's on by default. Setting it to true explicitely doesn't 
seem to change anything (I didn't check the logs, just 
checked the behaviour).

Setting it to false also changes nothing.

I just have to change it and to restart the application 
which reloads the onepin-opensc-pkcs11.so library, I 
suppose?

I don't have to restart any daemon?
