Would love to but the people who brought the message represent companies
with IP interests in this so they wanted to scare me from continuing to
work on my take of Secure Messaging.  Anyway, IPR should be specified
in the ETSI/IEC standard which I don't have since I find it appalling
*paying* for an open standard.
