Hi, Andreas!

In quantities, yes (http://www.advanide.com/controller.htm for example)!
No idea for just a few cards. I just received 2 samples.

I confirm that the Default Startkey is not anymore 16*0xFF and the value
is documented in the User Manual (under NDA). I can give away an
encrypted APDU that will change the Default StartKey to 16*0xFF without
breaking the NDA. BTW, the Default StartKey is again different from 4.2C :-(

The first few preliminary tests that I've done show that the card I've
just created with onepin profile pass the pkcs11-tool -tl (with the
known error in the key unwrap test).
