I'm using a proprietary library, because encrypted APDU:s are needed to create the file system on these cards. With the file system in place, I'm able to use OpenSC for everything else (pkcs15-init -C, -S , -U or -X). My current library works fine for CardOS 4.3b, but doesn't work for 4.4. Therefore I would be thankful, if someone could point out a piece of software, that gets the job done (creating MF).
