2- Not sure about the usage of card reader "black list" on broken readers:

What these black list is intended for?
- To enumerate readers that send pin back to host in cleartext
- To enumerate readers that incorrectly states that has pinpad support
- To ...

In my case Spanish C3PO's LTC31 (reported name 'C3PO LTC31 00 00' ) claims for
having pinpad support but I'cannot see any pinpad :-)
