You don't seem to read any documentation whatsoever about the expected outcome 
you're interested.
One click on the OpenSC wiki main page would take you already much closer [1]. 

The documentation is far from perfect and probably requires some previous 
knowledge of building software, on Windows platform.

The overall setup of a Windows build node as it is for nightly builds will 
depend on the global build setup (tools, libraries, locations) and the "build 
script" (set of 5 commands that pull it all together) shall be re-documented 
for nightly builds page.
