The ePass 2003 is the successor of the ePass PKI. It weights only 6 gr
and fits very well into a key ring with only 51 mm length.

The ePass 2003 was designed for Free Software communities, especially
the OpenSC community to provide a "universal" cryptographic token.

Together with OpenSC, the ePass2003 can be used under Windows, Mac OS X
and GNU/Linux to provide a consistent solution, for:

    Document digital signature.
    Email signature and encryption.
    Windows / Linux / MacOS smartcard logon.
    Remote VPN access.
    Secure online transactions.
    Disk and file encryption.

Hardware interface:

    ISO 7816.
    CCID (certified by Ludovic Rousseau and CCID project).

API standards:

    PKCS11.
    Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP).
    Microsoft Smartcard Minidriver (Card module).

Certification:

    FIPS 140-2 Level 2 (pending).
    Common Criteria EAL 5+ (chip level).

    RSA 1024/2048bit.
    DES/3DES.
    SHA1/SHA2.
    MD5.

    Memory space: 64KB.
    USB 1.1/2.0 compliant.
