Dear Damien, OpenCT never worked well with OpenSC, as there could be a race condition between libccid and OpenCT. Modern hardware are always CCID, so no need to install OpenCT, which might interfere. My second remark is to remove libmtp if it exists under OpenBSD (?). Under GNU/Linux, libmtp will disconnect any token upon insertion of after a few seconds. This is not documented, but really an incompatibility: http://www.gooze.eu/howto/smartcard-quickstarter-guide/libmtp-disconnection-bug Please tell us if this worked for you.
