Dear all,

I don't quite understand how to solve the MacOS X 10.8 issue:

* Apple SDK is required to compile.

* Tokend 2.01 beta is required.
An SVN is available here:
http://smartcardservices.macosforge.org/trac/browser/trunk

This project is outdated, as it includes older versions of CCID and
libusb.

* A recent ccid is needed, for example:
https://alioth.debian.org/frs/download.php/3579/ccid-1.4.4.tar.bz2
This is to use the latest hardware.

* Updating libusb is recommended:
https://alioth.debian.org/frs/download.php/3579/ccid-1.4.4.tar.bz2

* Then we may compile OpenSC from GIT
For example OpenSC-SM from Viktor's branch.

And it works like a charm if compiled by hand.

Furthermore, I looked at Martin:
https://github.com/martinpaljak/opensc.tokend/tree/10.6-0.12.2

And the OpenSC installer: MacOSX/build-package.in

So my question is: how do we compile the whole ***bunch*** from GIT.
Seems a little bit tricky ... I currently trying to make installers with
Viktor's help and I am stuck. Any help appreciated.

Kind regards,
Jean-Michel
