OK, that is not supported in the current fcdEdit.

Ups. If you look closely, you will see that this tooltip is applied to
every element of the interface. For some reason it got attached to the
root of the UI. It belonged to the "Use LocalIncludes" toggle.

But the idea is interesting and easy enough to implement that I just did
it. You can now use " in the header and defaultHeader to indicate that
you want to use them as the include characters.
