In that case the server needs to be able to invalidate and recalculate
it itself.
endEditCP is the point where the changed() method of the FC is called,
which takes care of internal consistency. If you don't call that, in
many cases it works fine, but some things will just break.
So selectively calling begin/endEditCP is a bad idea.
