Hi Dirk,
I described badly the idea, sorry. It's not a half clipping but a
quarter clipping: 2 orthogonal clipping planes which cut one quarter of
the object, and that whas not a quarter clipping but an "eighth"
clipping: 3 orthogonal planes which cut one eighth of the object.
If I give 2 clipping planes to the material I will get 3 quarter cut and
with 3 planes 7 eight cut, isn't it ?

Hi,
I would like to clip a geometry with 2 or more clipping planes (for
example to clip just a quarter of the geometry). I already do clipping
with one plane (ClipPlaneChunk given to the Material of the geometry).
But I'm wondering how I can do a half clipping and then a quarter
clipping. Should I duplicate the geometry and give to one a clipping
plane ? It is possible this way ?
You can add up to 6 clipping planes to a Material, and they will all
clip the objects. Is that what you need? If not, I'm not quite sure what
exactly you're trying to do. ;)
Hope it helps
Dirk
