It's definitely a transparency sorting problem. Note that sorting is
done whenever the texture has an alpha channel or the material has a
BlendChunk, so just making the texture alpha all 1 won't turn it off.

So if they don't have to be transparent you can turn sorting off like
above and it should work fine. If you want them to be transparent you
can try to split the sails into more than 1 part (2 should already
help), as the sorting is done on a Node-center basis. Looking at your
views the sorting should have worked, not sure what's wrong there.
