in a similar vein I have installed the TicketDelete plugin, as we've
also been spammed on one of the tickets. These are much nastier, as you
can't delete comments in tickets, you can only delete the whole ticket
(and that only using the plugin). So I hope we don't get a lot of ticket
spams, that would be a problem.
