What OpenSG version did you use? In 1.8.0 there is no dependency to 
msvcp70.dll. You can get a current version from here: 
http://www.opensg.org/dailybuild_logs/index.EN.html
How did you compile OpenSG with the msvc project files? Could be a bug 
in the project file.
