Hi Sajjadul,

this looks indeed strange. From a first guess, it might be a problem with
your versions of flex/bison, but I'm a bit baffled by the warnings you get
in OSGBaseTypeTraits.h, although this might come from your 64 bit install.
Could you try to compile a recent dailybuild and send me the log if it
fails? (Just grab a source tarball from
http://www.opensg.org/dailybuild_logs, untar it and do a ./configure; make
opt 2>logfile.txt as before) Also, are you sure you have the zlib-dev
packages correctly installed (there are a couple errors in the log which
seem to be related at first glance) ? If compiling the dailybuild fails, I
will try to reproduce this on my ubuntu edgy box (albeit 32 bit). There
are a number of people using OpenSG on ubuntu so it's definitely possible.
:)

Could you tell me the version of your ubuntu distro and the versions of
flex/bison/g++/binutils that come with it?

HTH,
        Akos
