the configure output looks ok, could it be that the compilation fails
for Source/System/Image/OSGEXRImageFileType.cpp ?
If so you either have to add --with-add-incdir=/usr/include/OpenEXR and
make sure the OpenEXR packages are installed or you can remove
--enable-imf from the configure line.
If that still does not help could you send me the output of the make
command.
