hm, well, I know you had a lot of problems getting OpenSG built, but in 
my experience the scons build works reasonably well. I'm not saying that 
scons is without its problems or that our build setup is the definitive 
word on how to do things ;)
I'm just not convinced that switching to CMake magically makes (more or 
less) everything work everywhere, without putting a lot of work into the 
build system - but then again putting a lot of work into the scons build 
could improve the user experience there as well :)
However, if you are volunteering to write a CMake build for OpenSG I'm 
certainly the last one to say no ;)
