Argh. I just realized forgot to update the documentation of
Options.Save. It still says 'filename - Name of file ...' when it ought
to say:
file - Name of file to save, or a file-like object to write into.
Note: The file-like object is (intentionally) not closed
by this function. The file-from-filename is.
