I've tried the three model files you sent (2x torus and the building),
but can not reproduce the problem. Even after replacing the use of
operator[] with at() for the lines in your initial mail.
However, looking at the history of GeoFunctions.cpp it turns out I fixed
a bug in there about 2 months ago. Can you upgrade to r1896 or more
recent and retry please?
