Hi, Normal, you seem to use an old version (0.6.2.2) of MLT even it is not sure that this issue will be resolved but you should update this one using the instructions of this FAQ : https://answers.launchpad.net/openshot/+faq/1861.

When I seek, it behaves as if the first minute of the video was missing and plays somewhere from the middle of the video for all subsequent plays until I drag it to the other track where the first play is in sync with the original video and all subsequent plays are broken again.
