rawvideo export doesn't work

Bug description:
Ubuntu 9.04 amd64
using test .deb packages
OpenShot 0.9.8
Exporting to rawvideo does not work.
I switched off sound on the timeline tracks. Selected rawvideo format and
rawvideo codec.
Export window showed the file being exported, and confirmed a successful export.
However the console gave an error for each and every frame in the film:

consumer_avformat.c: error with video encode

consumer_avformat.c: error with video encode

.............
At the end I was left with a file kite.rawvideo which was empty with zero bytes.
