Bug description:
FHS states more than clearly, that a package should touch the directorys under
/usr/local under NO conditions and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER. This is a part of the
filesystem for .tar.gz or binary installers. And I don't want any package files
fooling around there, because people don't understand the purpose of this dir.
I'm very annoyed about this!
