I applied the patch to the trunk. I made a small change to always
launch OpenShot with the "Project Files" tab open, instead of jumping to
the "history" tab if it was enabled. Thanks!

Bug description:
Quite simple: I check History Pane under the View menu, and all is fine. Then I
close Openshot and open it again, and the history pane is no longer there. I
have to check the option every time if I want to see it.
