Hi Jonathan, sorry, I'm a bit late, but I had to learn for an exam (successfully ;-)).
I don't have the time right now to install it in VirtualBox, but starting OpenShot via console brings no error messages when the videos disappear. I'm using a single monitor. However, while testing I noticed that it has something to do with my old project: If I start a new OpenShot session I can't reproduce the error at all when creating a new project - even after importing the same videos as I have in my old project. If I load the old project, however, I get the error again (without error messages). Also, If I load a new project again after loading the old project the videos still disappear when dragging them onto the track. Does this mean the error is gone?... I don't know... but I only get the error now after having loaded my old project in OpenShot. I'm still using my Ubuntu 10.10 RC installation, but updated with all the current packages. -- Need to refresh timeline to see clips https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/640286 You received this bug notification because you are a member of OpenShot Developers, which is subscribed to OpenShot Video Editor.
