Bug description:
Hiya!
It would be nice to have support for In/Out points - similar to Cinelerra's [ ]
so that one can attach effect/transition to the region between the two - the
region would have to be highlighted,of course.
Moreover, having In/Out points would enable one to render just part of the
highlighed region of the audio/video track.
