Blank screen in the last second of the video

Bug description:
i am using ubuntu 10.04 and i am trying to make a video that will be
looping (for example a logo), but looks like i cant do it because at
the end of the video openshot will add a 1-2 seconds part of video
that will be just a blank screen, with this blank screen everytime
that the video makes a "loop" you will see that blank screen at the
end of the loop.
it will be nice to erase that extra second that openshot is adding to
my videos.
