I applied Olivier's patch, with a few of my own modifications. For some
reason, I do not like the help menu to have shortcuts, other than the
main F1 = help contents. It seems like most of those menus will rarely
be used.
New shortcuts:
Import New Transitions: CTRL + w
Export XML: CTRL + x
Upload Video: CTRL + u
Redo: CTRL + y
Preferences: CTRL + p
Contents: CTRL + F1
