Selection jumps to bottom when managing effects

Bug description:
I use trunk version (r459).
When I manage the effects in "Clip Properties" window, the selection
jumps to the bottom item every time I click "Up", "Down" or "Remove"
button. Such a behavior is annoying. I want the selection to move (or
remain) together with currently selected item.
