Bug description:
OpenShot needs an animated 3D lens flare. This can be accomplished
with a new Blender animation / simulation. The user should be able to
set the start and end location and brightness, along with many other
common settings.
The following settings should be available to the user:

Start: X
Start: Y
Start: Z
End: X
End: Y
End: Z
Diffuse Color
Specular Color
Mirror Color
Alpha
Sun: Type of Glare
Sun: Number of Streaks
Sun: Color Threshold
Sun: Angle Offset
Spots: Color Threshold
Halo: Starting Size
Halo: Ending Size
Halo: Hardness
Halo: Use Lines
Halo: Line Count
Halo: Use Rings
Halo: Ring Count
Halo: Use Stars
Halo: Star Count
