Public bug reported: When Openshot is just run eats a lot of CPU without doing anything. That happends with 1.3 version in all PCs I installed Ubuntu (10.04, 10.10 and 11.04) from PPA and Debian Sid.
This bug is hard to detect if you have a powerful PC with double core, but if you have a netbook or an old PC it is easy to see it.
